Originally from Nottingham, Amy moved away from her hometown in 2005 when she met Malcolm and they founded the company together in 2009.
Amy set to work on building our first website and this ultimately led to our current SEO marketing strategy. Amongst her other responsibilities, Amy oversees our Customer Care Team which both onboards new clients and keeps in touch with our existing ones, ongoing relationships with clients are highly important to us.
Outside of work, Amy is a keep-fit enthusiast who regularly takes on arduous challenges.
Malcolm is one of the UK's most well-known and respected Mortgage Advisors. He is passionate about providing a 5* customer experience and he has also trained and mentored dozens of fellow Advisors in a career that is now in its third decade.
In addition to his day to day duties as Managing Director, Malcolm still gives out mortgage advice and feels lucky that his job is also very much his hobby.
He's a regular mortgage market commentator on TV, Radio, Youtube and online. Away from work he enjoys holidays with his family.
